Congratulations to the Louisa Middle School students recently recognized and inducted into the Junior Beta Club! Junior Beta requires high academic performance. In addition, it rewards and nurtures character, fosters leadership skills, and encourages service to others! We also appreciate Mrs. Rose for her work as the Junior Beta Club sponsor.
Fallsburg Elementary School recently held its second Teen Summit, where middle school students participated in various sessions designed to support their growth and success. Congratulations to the Louisa East Elementary 2024 Future Problem Solving State Champions! The school added this FPS State Champions banner to their walls on the evening of Thursday, December 5th. The Louisa East FPS team, led by Brooklyn Branham, Raelyn Cyrus, Mia Shekman, Allie Swanson, Jacob Thompson, and Eli Webb, was the first school to win the FPS State Championship in state history! Thank you to their coaches, Andrea Rowland, Angel Derifield, CJ Perkins, and Jennifer Perkins, for their dedication to this team. We are so proud of each and every one of them!

The LCHS basketball season is underway! Tonight, the girls' basketball team plays their first home game against Greenup County at 6 PM, and the LCHS boys' basketball team will take on Morgan County on Thursday, Dec 5th! Come on out to these home games and support our Bulldogs!
