Let's get ready for Football Friday! The LCHS Bulldogs play the Estill County Engineers on Friday, Oct 17th at LVJR Memorial Stadium with kickoff set for 7:30 PM! It's also TRMC Youth League Night! So all youth league football players and cheerleaders will receive Free Admission into the game. They will also be recognized on the field during halftime! Come out and let's support our LC Bulldogs! Louisa East is delighted to introduce its new up-and-coming artist, Lincoln Shannon! Ms. Mary Shannon, a LEES instructional assistant, shared Lincoln’s story with us. “He didn’t seem to like recess very much. So, his mom mentioned to me that he liked sidewalk chalk. I brought some the next day, and he drew the bulldog picture. I just thought it would be an awesome idea for a Bulldog shirt. So, I sent it to a company, and they put it on a shirt for us. They are still available to purchase!” The LEES school community is in love with Lincoln's t-shirt design, and we appreciate Ms. Shannon’s quick thinking and action in getting the design on t-shirts! Announcement! Please be aware that the LC School bus #132 was involved in an incident. The bus was pulling onto Bulldog Lane from Louisa Middle School when a car hit the safety arm of the bus. Please note that there was no other damage to the actual bus. All students are safe. However, this incident will cause a delay in students' arrival times at home.
