LCHS will be offering Extended School Services. Services will be offered in- person and virtually. LCHS will be hosting the first home football game this Friday, October 9th against Pike Central. Currently Lawrence County Schools are only able to fill our stands to 50% with that being said please read the guidelines below regarding purchasing tickets and game attendance. GATES WILL NOT OPEN UNTIL 6:15 PM TO THE PUBLIC • Masks required for all fans • Social distancing required for all fans • ALL FANS MUST SIT IN DESIGNATED HOME BLEACHERS- NO STANDING AROUND FENCE/TRACK AREA o Anyone not wearing a school issued sideline pass will be required to sit in bleachers (exception- concession stand/restroom) • All fans must enter at either the main stadium gate or the double gate to the left of main gate • Temperature checks required upon entry o Temperature of above 100.4 will not be allowed to enter Directions for purchasing tickets • Tickets will be made public Wednesday October 7 at 7:00 pm • There will be 410 tickets available to purchase from general public after the team’s families purchase their allotment • Tickets can be purchased by the following methods- o GoFan app (on iPhone only) – search Lawrence County High School o www.gofan.co - search Lawrence County High School By using either of these options you will be able to checkout as guest or create account o IF tickets are still available fans can purchase at the gate Friday night via the BoxOffice (credit/debit card required) or the QR code stands (credit/debit card required) • Each of these options require usage of credit/debit card • NO CASH WILL BE ACCEPTED • Purchased tickets should be emailed to the person that purchased- o If you create an account on the app, tickets will be loaded to your account • Do NOT verify tickets until you arrive to facility- our gate workers will verify purchase • Taking a screenshot of ticket purchased will NOT be accepted • If someone does not have the technological capabilities- then they must make arrangements with someone who does

LCHS Parents/Guardians, Beginning Monday October 5th, if you are picking your child up after school you will need to park at the baseball field parking lot. You must enter the parking lot at the fire department entrance. When exiting the baseball field parking lot all vehicles must turn left to leave. This dismissal will take place at 3:20 each day.

LCHS has moved from 20% ticket sales to 50% ticket sales. There are still tickets available for both the girls and boys soccer game tonight. Use the link below to purchase your tickets. https://gofan.co/app/school/KY5942

LCHS will be using a digital cashless ticketing system for all athletic events beginning fall 2020. On game days, fans will gain entry to the athletic events by using digital tickets through mobile devices. The move to digital ticketing provides the safest, easiest and most convenient way for access into events. Pre-purchasing on the digital platform or use of a credit card at the Box Office on the game days will be the only way to purchase a ticket for the event. Paper money will no longer be accepted at entry points as we transition to a safer environment for all in these changing times. GoFan digital platform will be used as the source for digital tickets. Tickets can be purchased through the website gofan.com or download the GoFan App.

A few reminders for All In @ School students for Monday and Tuesday 9/21 and 9/22 : -wear a mask -bring your chromebook -make sure you are in dress code -fountains will be available to fill up water bottles. LCHS is looking forward to seeing the Class of 2024!

LCHS will host a drive-thru distribution for Chromebooks, schedules, and textbooks. At this time students/parents will need to complete the TrueForm, FRAM and Health forms. The parent must complete these forms prior to the student receiving a Chromebook. LCHS Chromebook/schedule/textbook distribution: August 20th 11th and 12th grade 12:00pm-5:00pm August 24th 9th and 10th grade 12:00pm-5:00pm. All fees will be applied to accounts at a later date.

Today is the last day to let us know the decision for your child regarding the reopening of schools. You have two choices for your child NTI until Christmas or a traditional 5-days a week schedule. If you have not completed the survey please call LCHS at 638-9676 by the 3:00 today July 10, 2020.
