Happy Veterans Day! THANK YOU to all of the men and women who have served or are currently serving. Your sacrifices do not go unnoticed. We are especially grateful that our students had the opportunity to hear from some Veterans, perform a song for them, and learn more about the importance of this day.

We will have a Halloween Dance on Nov. 1st! Admission will be $3 to raise money for Louisa West! There will be free snacks and drinks and students can wear their Halloween costumes. Students MUST have a permission slip to stay. Please return these to your child's teacher ASAP.
Thank you to those that were able to attend Data Night! Our teachers worked hard to prepare and accommodate schedules to see as many families as possible. Mrs. Burns was able to give out books and Mrs. Pack shared Math Family Guides. We will hold another later in the year!

The Louisa Fire Department will host an open house at the Louisa Community Center on Pike St. on Oct 12th from 12:00-4:00 PM. Health screenings, fire engine rides, inflatables, fire safety instructions, and food trucks will be on-site! Visit and enjoy the fun!
