Out of an abundance of caution, LWES is going to cancel the Preschool Family Literacy event that was scheduled for today from 3:30-4:30. We will reschedule. Be safe!
We would like to thank the Board of Education and the LCHS carpentry class for our new shed for dismissal.
We are getting close to the end of the school year and we will be starting our ABC countdown this Friday. Participation in this is completely optional.

Reminder: All LC Schools will dismiss two hours early on Monday, April 8, 2024. This means Louisa West Elementary School will begin dismissal procedures at 12:45 PM.

We will be opening the loop this morning for parking. The loop access road will be opened so please enter that way and exit through the gates. Please be careful as your park. We will have you sign in before you go to your child's classroom so come to the front doors.
Louisa West Elementary students worked on art projects with their art teacher, Ms. Maynard. She presented a tutorial on how to sketch a bear. Next, they enjoyed selecting multiple colors to paint their masterpieces! Look at this beautiful artwork!
