Louisa East celebrated Read Across America last week. Teachers used the opportunity to further motivate students to read daily. Students participated in themed days that correspond with the popular Dr. Suess stories. The cafeteria staff even prepared green eggs and ham for our students!
The week concluded with guest readers in each classroom. We would like to thank all of the former/retired teachers and community partners who participated this year.
