Roll Call: Tammy Goble, Debra Hixson, Emma Jean Maynard,
Caryn McCreary, Erica Parsons, and Mack Wilhite, The meeting was called to
order at 3:34 PM. All members were
present.
1.
Opening Business
a. Approval
of Minutes – November 12, 2009 The minutes were approved with a motion from
Mack Wilhite. A second came from Caryn
McCreary. Consensus was met.
2. Planning
–
a. Review
revisions and approve the CSIP for the 2009/2010 school year. Mrs. Hixson
discussed the revisions of the CSIP with the council. Tammy Goble made a motion to approve the
revisions with a second from Mack Wilhite.
Consensus was met.
3.
Next Meeting: January 7, 2010 @ 3:30 pm in the conference
room.
