Special Meeting

Time meeting begins: Meeting called to order at 3:32 pm by Debra Hixson, council chairperson.

1. Roll call. – Debra Hixson, Tammy Goble, Emma Jean Maynard, Caryn McCreary, and Mack Wilhite were present. Erica Parsons was absent. Erica Parsons joined the meeting at 5:00 pm and Caryn McCreary left at 4:30 pm.

2. Approve agenda for special meeting. – Tammy Goble made the motion to accept the agenda as written and Caryn McCreary seconded. Consensus was met.

3. Go into closed session for interviews for the 3^rd and 4^th grade positions at Louisa East Elementary School as per KRS 61.810(1)(F). – Mack Wilhite made the motion to go into closed session at 3:45 pm and Emma Jean Maynard seconded. Consensus was met.

4. Reconvene from closed session. - Tammy Goble made the motion to reconvene from closed session at 7:07 pm and Emma Jean Maynard seconded. Consensus was met.

5. Adjourn. Time meeting ends: Meeting adjourned at 7:10 pm with a motion by Erica Parsons and a second by Tammy Goble. Consensus was met.
