Special Meeting

Time meeting begins: 3:38 PM

1. Roll call. Members present: Debra Hixson, Chairperson; Emma Jean Maynard; Erica Parsons; Mack Wilhite Members absent: Tammy Goble; Caryn McCreary

2. Approve agenda for special meeting. – A motion to approve the agenda was made by Mrs. Maynard with a second from Mrs. Parsons and consensus was met.

3. Go into closed session for the purpose of hiring ESS positions at Louisa East Elementary School as per KRS 61.810(1)(F). – A motion to go into closed session was made by Mrs. Parsons and seconded by Mr. Wilhite and consensus was met.

4. Reconvene from closed session. – A motion to reconvene from closed session was made by Mrs. Maynard and seconded by Mrs. Parsons and consensus was met.

5. Consultation was held with the council regarding the ESS position at Louisa East Elementary School as per KRS 61.810(1)(F).

6. Adjourn. – A motion to adjourn was made by Mrs. Wilhite and seconded by Mrs. Parsons and consensus was met. Time meeting ends: 3:40 PM
