I. The meeting was called to order at 4:30 pm.

II. Roll call – Present – Debra Hixson, Jackie Anderson, Tammy Goble, Lori Kiser, and Michelle Miller. Absent – Jerresa Montgomery.

III. Met in executive session to discuss personnel.

IV. Adjourn at 4:40 pm with a 1^st motion from Jackie Anderson and a 2^nd by Michelle Miller. Consensus was met.
