Student Fees Policy

 

 

POLICY STATEMENT

Materials/Supplies

Fees for rental, purchase, or damage of instructional resources (i.e., textbooks, library books) may be charged.  In addition school activities which may require the students to pay a small fee at the discretion of the teacher with permission from the school principal are also permitted.  There will be an internal account set up that shall be called “Student Fees”.  At the end of the regular school term, the student’s report card will be held until all student fees are paid.

Inability to Pay

No child shall be denied full participation in any educational program at Louisa East Elementary School due to an inability to pay for, or rent, necessary instructional resources.
