Curriculum

 

 

POLICY STATEMENT

The Louisa East Elementary School SBDM Council shall adopt the curriculum of the Lawrence County Board of Education as the curriculum that shall be implemented at the school.  It is our opinion that this curriculum is aligned with state standards and is appropriate for our instructional needs.  Subsequent amendments to the curriculum by the Lawrence County Board of Education shall become effective immediately upon approval by the Board.  This school council policy shall also be consistent with the applicable indicators from the Standards and Indicators for School improvement.
