Hi, I am Toni Vinson Armstrong, the Lawrence County Early
Learning Center Director. I am a lifetime resident of Lawrence County, and consider myself fortunate to have worked in the education system for 31 years. My passion for education motivates me to take my work seriously. My husband of twenty-seven years, Mike Armstrong, presently serves as Superintendent of Lawrence County Schools. We are fortunate to have preschool certified (IECE) teachers, Yolanda Puig, Rebecca McCoy, and Carla O'Guin. Other preschool staff include Pam Branham, Judy Marcum and Kim Alger. Please come visit us at Lawrence County Early Learning Center, presently located at Louisa West Elementary School. Drop off is on the stage or in the cafeteria each morning and you can pick up your child 'through the loop' or in the cafeteria in the afternoon.
